High IP3 Voltage Variable Attenuators

Mini-Circuits New RVA-2500,
10-2500MHz broadband voltage variable attenuators provide up to 55dB (typ)
attenuation and +43dBm IP3 (typ) while maintaining constant in/out VSWR
and insertion phase over the full attenuation range. Just released, this
RVA-2500 model has built-in biasing and matching network, and is housed
in a shielded case for superior performance on your PC board.
