With Mini-Circuits 5-2000MHz DBTC directional coupler series,
you can choose from 9 different coupling values ranging from 9-20dB
that deliver extremely flat coupling over very broad multi-octave bandwidths.
Standing just 0.15" square, these very small and inexpensive 50&75 ohm models
employ LTCC construction to embed circuits inside the ceramic base, thus
realizing excellent temperature stability, repeatability, and ruggedness.
